| I was born on July 18th 1976 in the Toledo hospital. I am happily married and have one child. Among my future plans is an ongoing education. Both through books and continued education. I attended Monroe Community college briefly in 2001 and I am currently attending Owens community college working towards my A+ certification. I plan to continue along those line to eventually become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Beyond that maybe an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in information technology.
I had a little luck running ThingFind.com as an internet portal site. While it still exists it does not currently make profit as it did before the internet bubble burst. The company that supplied my main advertising revenue went belly up and took my last check with them. Since then I have not had the time or motivation to continue that endeavor. Currently I keep it around for the loyal netizens that still use the email accounts I provide. In the area of my hobbies and my interest I am very simple. Any new technology that interest me that week. I'd much rather figure out how to use "undocumented features" of my next gen gaming console then to actually the play games they were made to run. A phrase I heard many years ago sums it all up for me. "There's nothing quite like the feel of something new." -- Trent Reznor
I also like to write occasionally. I would eventually like to publish. although I am not an avid reader of fiction I like to create fiction. I recently felt the blow of the wavering economy and as such my writing schedule has freed up a little due to the announcement of my employer closing the plant at which I worked.
As if that were not enough I received the news shortly after being diagnosed with MS. The diagnosis itself was very surreal. Like getting hit by lightning. If I learned anything from my life so far it's this. You don't necessarily have to have faith in God you just have to have faith.
So here I am 5:08 am eastern standard time and although I don't always feel it. I know that I am the strongest I have ever been and I wouldn't change a thing. It's cold outside but everything's fine in here. Update: Passed Certified in A+ IT Technician (220-602) |
